Shipping policy

Please note that when placing an order, certain items may be stocked and shipped from our local market warehouse in Laredo. When ordering multiple items you may receive them in separate packages depending on the location they are shipped from. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

If your item is located at our local market warehouse in Laredo, local pick up or delivery may be available. We will contact you to let you know if your item is available locally.

Once your order is available, we will send you an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup or schedule delivery in Laredo, TX typically within 2-3 business days.

 

Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping on all purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• At this time we only ship within the United States. No international shipping is available. 
• Orders take between 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. 
• Orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after being shipped (not including holidays).
• We currently offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipping times once the items leave the shipping department.

All shipments are packaged with care and include tracking numbers. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
