Returns
We are so thankful for your purchase, however we understand that sometimes it just wasn't what you were looking for. Here are the steps to follow:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing or receiving your item to request a return.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unused with all original tags attached. Smoke, deodorant, make up and perfume free. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that you were provided. Email receipts are accepted.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
Once we receive your email we will reply with further instructions on completing your return including where to ship your item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit.
- Once processed, your store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout.
- We do not notify customers when we receive the returned package. Please keep your return tracking form to follow up on when it has arrived to our store.

- Discounted merchandise from seasonal or holiday sales
Exchanges
Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise, we do not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be in stock when your return is received in our returns department. If you are looking for a different size or color of an item, you may send back the item and let us know that you would like store credit for the return and then use the store credit to purchase the item in the size or color you would like.
Damaged/Defective Items
Our team checks every item for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to our valued customers. We are human and sometimes mistakes may happen. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective please follow these steps:
- Please report the damage to us prior to wearing the garment, tags must still be attached.
- The report must be made within 3 days of receiving your item or it will not be accepted.
- Contact us immediately at honeydarlingboutiquetx@gmail.com and provide us with details of the damaged items as well as a picture. Include your name and order number.
